- Full name
- Official email address
- Regulatory agency
- Description of regulatory concern
- Specific links to save2collect products or seller at issue
DSA orders to provide information
Member states must ensure that orders to provide information about save2collect user, issued by the relevant national administrative authorities on the basis of the applicable national law include the following:
- a reference to the legal basis under Union or national law for the order.
- information issuing authority.
- clear information enabling save2collect to identify a specific user.
- a statement of reasons explaining the objective for which the information is required and why the requirement to provide the information to determine compliance, unless such a statement cannot be provided for reasons related to investigation, detection and prosecution of criminal offences.
- information about which authority is to receive the information about the effect given to the orders.
- that the order only requires save2collect to provide information already collected for the purposes of providing the service and which lies within its control.
- that the order is provided in the English language.
