At save2collect, we are committed to keeping our marketplace safe. As part of this, we have built save2collect Payments, our Purchase Protection Programme, and our Case System to protect all members if something goes wrong with an order.
Trading off the save2collect platform can increase the risk of scam exposure out there, taking communications and transactions off platform is not allowed, for example:
- Making offers to buy or sell outside save2collect
- Encouraging buyers to purchase an item in your save2collect shop through another venue
Sellers may not alter the product’s price after a sale for the purpose of avoiding save2collect transaction fees or use another user’s account without permission.
