Content Moderation at save2collect

We consistently enforce our policies and hold all members accountable in order to strengthen trust in our marketplace. This goal is achieved through human review, quick action upon notice of an issue.

Policies that apply to you and your content

save2collect policies allow us to moderate your content, this includes products, messages, reviews, images, videos, and any other content posted using save2collect services. 

If save2collect has any reason to believe your content violates our Terms, we may terminate your account and access to the Services. 

How we detect violating content

Our team uses a combination of automated systems to detect and remove policy violating products or shops. Violations may be brought to our attention in any of the following ways:

– Users: Products can be reported directly to save2collect.

– Regulatory reports: Inbound reports from government agencies help save2collect identify non-compliant sellers and content.

– Automated systems: Our automated systems attempt to identify violative content within seller content. The content is then removed.

How we enforce on violating content

For you to keep save2collect safe and improve our services, we may take actions and suspend a shop, account. We may also take actions on a user’s payment account by holding seller funds.

Account

Accounts may be permanently or temporarily suspended.

If your account has been temporarily suspended, you’ll generally receive an email from save2collect explaining what actually happened and how you can resolve the suspension. The suspension will remain until these issues are resolved. If your account is permanently suspended, the email from save2collect will specify this. The suspension will remain unless your appeal is accepted. Please note that you have 6 months from the day your account was suspended to file an appeal until permanently suspended.
